Shipping & Delivery
Can I cancel my order?
I have no refund and return policy. Once an order is placed, you cannot cancel or make a refund.
Can I modify my orders?
Any modifications to the cake or order after the payment is sent & Confirmed. Modifications will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Can I modify the delivery date?
Changes can be made if atleast 3 days prior to the due date. Dates can be delayed but not advanced.

Do you provide delivery service?
Yes!
We deliver to Hong Kong Island $250, Kowloon $110 and New Territories $300. We do not deliver to outlying islands. A delivery fee will be charged based on location.
However, for certain items other delivery methods can be used such as SF express. Delivery option will be shown during checkout.
Cake Tips
- You must check the cake during pickup to confirm the order is correct.
- Once the cake has left our premises, we will no longer be responsible for any damages to the cake.
- For smaller cakes, hold the cake by the string. For larger cakes, hold the cake with both hands on the bottom of the box.
- Do not squeeze the side of the cake boxes. This may cause damage to the cake.
- You must choose the vehicle well while you are returning with the cake. Cars or taxis are preferred.
- The cake must be placed on the flattest part of your transport. It is best placed on the floorboard. DO NOT put the cake in the trunk and on the car seats.
- Do not keep any items around the cake box.
- After picking up the cake, please bring the cake to the venue immediately. Warm buttercream can cause the cake to shift and slide off the board, causing damage to the design.
BASIC STORAGE
- Cakes are best enjoyed when cooled back to room temperature. Please keep the cake on a flat surface in a well-air-conditioned room (20-22C) at the venue, away from the sun, for up to 6 hrs.
OVERNIGHT STORAGE
- Keep cake in fridge with box.
- Remove the cake 1-2 hours before and allow the cake to return to room temp in the box to avoid condensation.
- The cake can be kept for up to 3 days.
FIGURINE CAUTION
- All figurines/flowers will contain some support i.e. styrofoam, wooden skewers, wires, and toothpicks. Please inform your guests before serving them to small children.

How long do your cakes / Cupcakes stay fresh for?
We do not add any preservatives in our product!
It is best to consume with in 2 - 3 days. Storage condition may affect the freshness of the cakes.
Do I have to store the cupcakes in the fridge?
Cupcakes should be placed in the fridge, if not consumed. With the butter cream frosting, please have the cupcakes sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before consumption.
Buttercream is yummier when it is soft. It is best to consume the cupcakes in 1-2 days on the day you recieve it.
How big are your cupcakes?
My cake looks different from the picture and why?
All products are handmade.
All ingredients and decorations are sourced fresh and made fresh, hence it is impossible to have an identical cake.

What happens to my order when there is a sudden disruption?
If a disruption arises during my bakery hours, I will do my best to be in touch with all customers to work out feasible arrangements. Customer will usually need to decide if they would like to proceed with the order with an earlier collection time or to postpone their order.
In any case no cancellation or refund will be provided.
If there is any delays with the request time, the customer will be notified.
Once again no cancellation or refund will be provided..
What happens to my order when there is a sudden weather warning?
If a T8 or above weather warning or Black Rain is hoisted during our bakery’s working hours, our delivery services will be delayed. We will try to be in touch with our customers to work out feasible arrangements. In any case, no cancellation or refunds will be provided.
Customers will usually need to decide if they would like to proceed with the order with possible earlier collection or postpone their order. If the weather warning is hoisted unexpectedly during our bakery’s off hour, some orders may be ready for collection or delivery but some may not be ready at the previously requested hour. We will need to communicate with each customer upon removal of the weather warnings or via email during hoisting of warning signals.
